(DES MOINES) -- Ahead of the 2024 Legislative Session, Representative Barb Kniff McCulla (R-Pella) has been added to the Iowa House Labor and Workforce Committee.

"I'm thrilled to add the Labor and Workforce committee to my list of committees for the 2024 Legislative Session," Kniff McCulla said. "Workforce challenges are one of the biggest issues facing our state today. With my background in small business, I think I'll bring an important perspective to the committee and look forward to getting to work."

In addition to her new role on Labor and Workforce, Kniff McCulla also serves on the Health and Human Services, Commerce, Economic Growth and Ways and Means committees. 

The 2024 Legislative Session begins on January 8th, 2024.
