On Tuesday, March 15, Iowa House Republicans passed three pieces of legislation aimed at increasing Iowans' access to mental health care.

On Tuesday, House lawmakers moved three bills forward with bipartisan support.

The Republican-led Iowa House of Representatives passed two bills Wednesday aimed at expanding access to child care, but Democratic lawmakers warned the proposals could negatively affect providers, parents and children.

Today, Representative Joel Fry (R-Osceola) and Representative Ann Meyer (R-Fort Dodge) led bills to expand access to child care through the Iowa House. 

Today, Representative Martin Graber (R-Fort Madison) led a bill to support Iowa Veterans through the Iowa House.
