Speaker Grassley Announces Personnel Changes to Committees for 2022 Legislative Session

(DES MOINES) -- Today, Speaker of the Iowa House Pat Grassley (R-New Hartford) announced personnel changes to committee assignments.

The changes come as two additional members join the Iowa House Republican caucus after winning special elections this fall.  Mike Bousselot (R-Ankeny) and Jon Dunwell (R-Newton) will each be placed on four new committees.

(DES MOINES) -- Today, Iowa House Republicans passed HF 902 on the floor of the Iowa House.

reates a process businesses must follow to allow medical and religious exemptions from any COVID-19 vaccine mandates. Additionally, it guarantees that employees who are fired due to their decision not to receive a COVID-19 vaccine are eligible for unemployment insurance.
